Providence Academy Building – Vancouver, WA

Erickson Structural is working with Wilson Associates Architect and Planners and the Fort Vancouver National Trust to renovate the historic Providence Academy building located in downtown Vancouver, Washington.  This iconic structure is a multi-story, unreinforced masonry (URM) commercial building originally constructed circa 1873.  The renovation project is characterized by the restoration of exterior decks, roof replacement and a seismic upgrade.

Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2017.

Governor Jay Insley, who signed a supplemental capital budget that secured the funds for the project, recently toured the Providence Academy building.  Click here for the complete article published in the Columbian on October 23, 2016.
