After portions of brick veneer fell from the exterior of the of the Beverly Court Apartment building, located in Vancouver, Washington, the City of Vancouver was forced to designate the structure as a dangerous building.  When other structural engineers failed to prepare plausible explanations for the cause of this failure, Erickson Structural personnel were retained to address the problem.  After conducting a thorough investigation, Erickson Structural personnel designed the rehabilitation scheme for the veneer remediation.
