Erickson Structural recently completed a major restoration project for Kihei Surfside Ocean Front Resort Condominiums in Kihei, Hawaii, which included replacement of windows and lanai railings, structural strengthening of 10 elevated, large lanais utilizing fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), spalling repairs and restoration of the multi-story concrete structural columns and reinforcing steel within the columns. The building was temporarily shored while the columns were repaired allowing other trades to continue working on the building.
